2 1/2 cup all purpose gluten-free flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp of vanilla
2 Farmers Hen House eggs
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup regular sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chilled butter
16 oz of dark, milk, and white chocolate chips
Step 1
Preheat the oven 375°.
Step 2
Chop up butter. Then beat together eggs, vanilla, butter, sugar (coconut, brown, regular) until fully incorporated. Beat at fast speed for about 30 seconds – 1 minute after everything is incorporated.
Step 3
Add flour and baking soda and mix together until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Fold in chocolate chips (dark, white, milk).
Step 5
Refrigerate batter for about 10-15 min.
Step 6
Line a baking sheet and scoop cookies with cookie scooper, or similar utensil. Keep dough refrigerated dough between batches.
Step 7
Bake for 12-14 min or until golden brown.
Step 8
Allow time to cool.
